Our experience with local government institutions

We started to work with local government institutions in 2014. We got an assignment from “DLDP“, to build an integrated one-stop-shop model for delivering administrative services for the municipalities of Albania (EU). In order to achieve the expected results in a very dynamic environment with additional sectorial reforms in place, we had to dig dipper into workflows, user experiences, regulations, citizens perspective.

At the end, we did not deliver just a theoretical model for service delivery in the new municipalities, we implemented it in our software giving a fully functional software delivering administrative services in the municipalities.

Working closely with municipalities, we had the chance to learn a lot on the domain and discover challenges and opportunities. We used that knowledge to build a comprehensive software platform to administer local government institutions, of different typologies, of different sizes, administering different type of territories thus delivering different services.

Our software is used by municipalities with more than 200,000 inhabitants, such as Municipality of Shkodra ,or smaller municipalities such as Vau Dejes.
