Smart Processes Licensing

Smart Processes software is proprietary software of Smart Processes. It is commercially available under two licensing models:

  • Proprietary License
  • Subscription License

Proprietary License

Entitles lifetime usage under specified terms. Non-transferable. Provides access based on license types:

Smart Processes Licensing
  • Smart Processes Server License – Includes full access, installation on one server, and 5 named user licenses. Additional users require extra licenses.
  • 1 Site License – Includes a license for the main site.
  • Smart Processes Named User License – Grants 1 user access to Smart Processes.
  • Smart Processes Named User Licenses Pack(s) – Available packs for cost optimization:
    • SPUsrLicPack5 – 5 Users
    • SPUsrLicPack10 – 10 Users
    • SPUsrLicPack25 – 25 Users
    • SPUsrLicPack50 – 50 Users
    • SPUsrLicPack100 – 100 Users
    • SPUsrLicPack250 – 250 Users
  • Accumulative Licenses – User licenses are accumulative.

Site Licenses

Required only if company branches are used as objects in the system. Enables branch-level access control.
Example: A bank managing loan applications with branch-based access controls will require Site Licenses.

Subscription Licenses

Grants usage of hosted Smart Processes for a time period. Pricing depends on users and subscription length.

At subscription end, users have 3 months grace to export data. Afterwards, the instance and data are deleted.

Assistance is provided both at onboarding and offboarding stages of subscription.
