Open Position: Administrative Assistant
Smart Processes shpk, a company operating in the field of software development and managerial consulting, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its growth and internationalization objectives.
In this role, you will become part of a dedicated and innovative team, with a direct impact on the daily operations of the company. This position includes opportunities for travel both within and outside the country, so flexibility and willingness to travel as needed are required.
Responsibilities
Key Duties:
- Coordinating daily office activities to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Drafting and preparing official documentation while ensuring the confidentiality of information.
- Professional correspondence with internal and external partners.
- Managing communication and maintaining necessary documents for administrative operations.
- Organizing meetings, events, and staff travel.
- Monitoring and implementing the company’s internal policies.
- Assisting in maintaining good relationships with clients and business partners.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- A completed degree in foreign languages, social sciences, or related fields.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (Italian is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office and other digital tools).
- Attention to detail, professional ethics, and willingness to travel.
