The implemented system facilitated considerably the communication with the citizens and visitors, reporting the problems timely and thus being able to intervene quickly in case of incidents. The citizens report incidents and make complains through the web app or through the mobile app. The software automatically gets location of the device, which combined with photos helped considerably the technical departments to locate technical issues, make more effective workload distribution as well as needed materials for the work. Resulting to a better service and an increased customer focus mindset on the company.
