The implemented system facilitated considerably the communication with the citizens and visitors, reporting the problems timely and thus being able to intervene quickly in case of incidents. The citizens report incidents and make complaints through the web app or the mobile app.
The software automatically retrieves the location of the system, which, combining with images, has tremendously enabled the technical departments to identify technical problems, by making the delivery of workloads more reliable as well as the materials required for the job.
