This model realizes a separation into two phases of service delivery process:
Phase 1-Communication with the citizen through the front offices
Phase 2-Treatment of the applications through the back offices
The Front Offices System:
The system allows Front Offices some functions:
-to register the application of citizens in the system
-to attach/scan unlimited documents related with the application
-to print following the predefined document template
-send the application in the back offices (production offices) through the system
-the system inform them about the list of works they are about to complete
-to be notified when the citizens’ service is ready
-to track the status of requests
-Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
The Back Offices System:
The system allows Back Offices some functions:
-to treat the application through the system
-to attach/scan documents if there is need
-to print following the predefined document template
-providing a transparent and easily audit-able case management practice
