Smart Processes are used by human resources departments to collect applications for open job positions. Candidates apply through the Smart Processes Web Portal filling in the application form and upload documents in the application form.
A prequalification of the applications is done by Smart Processes based on the self-declared data of the application. Based on this prequalification the applications are grouped in several groups helping HR departments in the selection process.
Special application form sections that are visible only from the human recourse personnel are used to evaluate and score each application. Interviews are scheduled with Selected Candidates and automatic notifications are sent.
Application status change (Approved, not Approved, etc) is visible to the candidate through the application portal. The candidate is notified on application status changed with a predefined email message.
