Web portal is used to create and manage cases in this process.
Provides the environment to initiate and manage the cases. A list of process banners for the process where user has access is displayed.
By choosing a process the user is sent to its list of cases.
Multiple views of the list of cases are available.
The user can create its own lists of cases choosing the data of the case to be shown in the list and in what order. Filtering and ordering tools are also available.
When the user enters the case he can then access data entry functionality, attach documents, download smart documents, communicate with third parties to exchange data, create child processes, list and assign resources and make decisions for the case progress.
